My App Limits calculated total time wrongly

Hi, I’m using My App Limits. I set the time limit to 3 hours and 30 minutes, but the apps are being blocked earlier. According to today’s screen time, I’ve only used 1 hour and 40 minutes in total (not just the apps from the blocked list).

How can I see which app is causing this?

I am having the same issue, I have a handful of apps set to where I can only use them for fifteen minutes at a time before a 45 min cooldown, but they get blocked after not even three minutes of use
