Add a feature to (for example) only allow to use an app for 15 mins and then once it’s up, set another timer for 30 mins until you can open it again. Would be useful for people who need to check certain apps but are prone to start using it for unnecessary reasons, especially socials like Instagram that have short form content but still functions as a messaging app
