Hi, big fan of the app however i cant seem to get in contact with support as it keeps trying to redirect to the app…. which crashes instantly.
Since updating to ios 27 beta, my blocking was still working, but the app crashes any time i try to open it. i used the chat assistant on the support page which suggested reinstalling, this cleared my blocking settings and now it still crashes and i cant set them up as it still crashes, any help would be awesome
Hi @MattyBRapps good news, this has been fixed! We identified the iOS 27 beta crash on June 16 and shipped the fix in Opal 4.2.
Please update to the latest version (4.2.1) from the App Store and the app should open normally on iOS 27 again.
On your lost blocking settings, unfortunately reinstalling does clear your rules, and we can’t restore those automatically. But now that the crash is resolved you should be able to open the app and set everything back up. If you run into any issues doing that, let us know and we’ll help you get it configured.
