I was disappointed today to open the app and learn that with the new interface, something was switched off and I lost a 400+ day streak. I’ve had my eye on that 1000 day gem for a while (specifically, for ~450 days). I’d appreciate having that streak restored, and maybe to learn what changed that caused me to lose it, so I can adjust my setup to remedy it.

The V3 to V4 update had a bug that caused some days of activity to not sync correctly, the server saw a gap and reset the streak.
4.2.1 includes an automatic fix that recomputes your streak from your full history and restores it. If you haven’t updated yet, do that and reopen the app - it should come back on its own.
If you’re already on 4.2.1 and it’s still showing the wrong number, reach out through the app (Profile > Settings > Chat with Support) and we’ll restore it manually.
We won’t let a migration bug take your 400-streak away!
