With the new update I’ve found a very easy loop hole with the always allowed app.
During a hard lock you can just add the app you want access to to always allowed and you get instant access. I understand the PIN code to opal would stop this, however not everyone has someone in there life to set a secret PIN code that they can occasionally access to change the rules they have set.
During hard block the always allowed list shouldn’t be allowed to be changed.

Hi team - this issue is not fixed. I can still able to do this.
Feels like I want my money back because the app is useless now because of this loophole

Thanks for letting us know. We’ve just retested this on the newest version of the app (version 4.10), and we’re unable to recreate it. Instead, when we attempt to add an app to our Always Allowed list that is currently subjected to a “no unlocks/no resets allowed” Rule, we see an error that states “An active rule is blocking this selection.”
To confirm that you’re on the correct version of the app where this has been resolved, please navigate to your Settings and scroll to the bottom of the page. If you do not see version 4.9 or higher listed there, please update again here:

If that doesn’t resolve the issue, please contact Support in app, as we’ll need your error logs to escalate this issue to engineering. To contact Support, please navigate to your Settings > Chat with Support and ask to human.
